Tuesday
2 slices of toast with low fat margarine
1 large orange
2 sausage rolls with brown sauce
1 pack of rolo's
1/2 pack of minstrels
1 small orange
1 apple

Wednesday
1 large orange
1 apple
a bowl of cereal with 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
4 fudge pieces
10 biscuits
1 chocolate bar
2 slices of cheese on toast
1 large take Indian take away

looking at that list of foods ive consumed in the past 2 days makes me feel a little ill really. i have eaten far too much and far too much crap. i feel really shitty about myself now. i want to crawl away and maybe not eat for the next week or 2
i havnt really done any exercise either. ive walked loads though so its not like i haven't done any at all.
i think i may need to kick my arse into gear and stop eating so much damn shit. need to get it out of the house. the biker keeps buying all this crap and then leaving me with it when he works at night. when im bored i eat and when there is crap in the house thats what i eat. i hate how little self control i actually have. i wish i could be stronger. actually fuck that. I WILL BE STRONGER.
