January 8th & 9th 2012

Well the past few days havnt been the best when it comes to exercising. i took the dog for a longish walk on sunday which was really good......untill she managed to get her collar off and ran off. i got her back though lol. today ive walked so much im aching. after dropping R off at school i popped into the village to get some fruit and veg from the green grocers. the bags were really heavy i felt like i was weight lifting. my arms hurt so much. i took them home and then went to my local craft shop to get some things. those bags were also heavy so more weight lifting. on the way to get R i had to stop off in the village again to get some money out and sfter i had to take R to his swimming lesson and walk back from there. i know ive done alot today because i just ache all over.
ive been better with food though. this is what i ate in the past few days. there is still a few hours of today left though and i may eat more. ive been hungry all freakin day.

Sunday food log
4 slices of toast
4 oranges
chip shop chips
2 chocolate digestive biscuits
(this is all i can remember eating)

Monday food log
1 apple
2 small oranges
1 large orange
handful of sweets
cracker bread and low fat margarine
weight watchers chicken curry

its been a good couple of days when it comes to food. i havnt eaten as much or as badly as i thought i had. putting it down in writing really puts it into perspective.
i think im going to look up some more low fat recipes online as the same stuff to eat all the time is getting boring really. i need more variety.
