getting better with food

so ive been eating so much fruit now and i can really feel the difference. i have more energy now and i just feel better in general.
i also made myself a detox smoothy today. i though i wouldnt like it which is why i have had the ingredients for a week now but havnt made it untill today but i really enjoyed it. it was really tasty. and easy to make too. all you need is a handful of frozen fruit of your choice, a handfull of spinach or kale and water. mix in a smoothy maker or blender and there you have it.

it looks healthy but a little unappetizing but believe me it tastes really nice and im not usually one for new things.
i also made a tuna pasta bake for dinner last night which was really nice. im  ot sure whether it was entirely healthy but it had fish and pasta in but it also had quite alot of cheese which isnt good.

i have managed to lose another lb which makes only 1.4lb to go before my christmas weight is gone, gone, gone. ill shift that in a week if i try really hard and 2 weeks if i dont lol.

im still not happy with my body image. i can fit into size 14 now but its tight and gives me a muffin top so ill stay in my baggy size 16 for now. ill need to loose a couple more lbs before i can get into them without looking like a fool.

i feel really good about all of this now. everything seems to be going really well again. im back on track again and im not giving up
