This past week

so the food journal didnt really work out very well did it? i really just forgot to keep track of what i was eating. although i can tell you i have been eating a lot less crap than i have been. and more fruit and other good things for me. my body is trying to get used to the change in diet at the moment so im left with a lot of wind and the biker moaning at me all the time. i think its funny though.
exercise..........ok ive dropped the ball there a bit. i havnt really done alot......ok any but i do walk a fair distance to take R to school and bring him home. something is working though because i have lost 1lb of my christmas weight which im really pleased about
ive always said i dont care how fast or slow i lose the weight as long as i lose it.
im going to start going to weight watchers next week. i had the opportunity to go last night but it was last minute and i had noone to look after R. i was going to text my friend back and tell her but my phone died. yeah i should really get back to her. that way i have even more tools to help me get to where i want to be.
hopefully it will make it just that little bit easier
