hello and welcome to my weight loss blog. ive been on the weight loss path for about 6 months now but its only just occurred to me to blog about it. this isnt going to be full of inspirational stuff caus im not really that type of person. its mostly going to consist of me moaning. im very goo at that.
its been slow going and difficult to lose the weight i have so far. i started at 194 lb and at last count (before xmas) i was at 169lb making a grand total loss of 25lb. a huge achievement for me. im sure i have put some weight back on over the holiday period though so i guess that reached goal is null and void now. ill lose the weight put on though and then i can pick up where i left off.
now its 2012 i want to start looking at it seriously but keep it fun as well. i want to lose weight to be healthy so i can play with my son who is 4 and full of energy. i cant keep up with him at the minute and i hate it.
my husband the biker used to be no help until he realised how much my weight was contributing to my depression. now he helps me so much. he has let me off over xmas but he will tell me off for eating crappy food and shout at me if i havnt done any exercise.
i have an exercise bike in my living room so i can watch tv at the same time (hehe) i have a wii with wii fit board and i have a couple of zumba DVDs i got for xmas off the biker.
i will get down to my ideal weight and it will make me a happier wealthier person.
ill catalogue my progress right here for you to read. a food journal and an exercise journal. i wont post everyday because to be honest i forget to do stuff alot but ill be writing everything down so i can keep everything up to date on here.
