weekends are not good for me. or should i say im not good at weekends. i did start the day properly. i had half a grapefruit for breakfast with a drink or skimmed milk. and then for lunch i had a turkey salad baguette which was really nice. at the mothers i had nothing bad for me at all :) big achievement for me. and then when i got home...............i had half a packet of sweets...........and then half a small box of chocolates.............bad girl, bad bad girl. for dinner i had a weight watchers pizza which is made with low fat cheese and other low fat ingredients. and then i had an orange and 1 chocolate (cheers biker)
ok looking back at it now ive been pretty good today. you dont think about it untill you write it down. thats why i love that ive started this blog.
one bad thing today. i havnt done any exercise today and im not planning on it. other than the fact i dont like doing exercise in front of the biker (i get embarrassing) but ive pulled a muscle in my shoulder and i can barely move my arm. not very good for exercise really.
i know i know it sounds like im making excuses but im done with that. im done making up reasons why i cant do things or eat properly. i will do things properly.
